Chef Andrei Koshkodan has created a special menu in the tradition of classic continental cuisine, which alternates week by week. It is an excellent option for those who are tired of monotonous lunches. In addition, there are 3 alternatives for each menu course so each guest will be able to create a combination of his ideal dinner.
The “odd” appetizers - on 1 and 3 weeks of the month - include a hearty tuna salad with beans and potatoes, a tender chicken liver pate served with crispy toast, and a light vegetable salad with chicken, seasoned with yogurt. Great luck will be to get on the chicken consomme, cream soup with trout and halibut or broccoli cream soup as a first course.
